Subject: 2013 Bat and Trap Season

Dear All,

Railway Inn have informed me that they will not be entering a team this year.  As I have not heard of any new teams wishing to join I have produced a draft Fixtures list with nine teams, copy attached.  As Windmill have confirmed that they are only entering a team in the Team Knockout and none in the other knockouts I have been able to play all games on a Wednesday night commencing on 1st May with the exception for the one Team Preliminary Knock Out game and the Singles and Pairs Knockout which will be played on a Tuesday.  As there is nine teams and two teams from the same pub it has not been able to rotate teams having a home then away games every week.  

Can you have a look at the attached draft Fixtures List and let me know of any typing errors?  At the meeting on 10th April we will do the draw for the Knockouts and I will update the fixtures list and post it to pubs the next day.

I have also attached a Mini Fixtures list which will be laminated to a credit size card which can be kept in your wallet.  If you want these please let me numbers required and I will send these out with the amended Fixture List.
